信息技术支持下农村教师专业化发展新途径

摘要: 20世纪90年代中期,我国教育界热衷于讨论教师专业化能力提升的问题,使教师专业化能力提升成为制约教育发展的核心问题之一,同时也是教师自身发展的需要,对我国教育改革和发展产生了重要影响。该文通过对贵州省农村教师专业化现状及问题的分析,结合信息技术在教育领域的深入应用,提出了信息技术环境下农村教师专业化发展的对策,加强了贵州省农村教师的师资队伍建设。Abstract: In the middle of 1990s ,the educational circles of China keen to discuss to promote teachers'pro-fessional ability ,and the teachers'professional competence become one of the key problems to restrict the development of education ,but also the teacher's ow n development needs ,have an important impact on the education reform and development in china .Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of professional teachers in rural areas of Guizhou Province ,with the in-depth application of information tech-nology in the field of education ,put forward the counter measure under the information technology envi-ronment of rural teachers' professional development , strengthen the construction of teachers for rural teachers in Guizhou Province .
