This article aims to explore the mobilization functions of the Red Light (Weekly) in the revolution led by the Communist Party of China by sorting out the publication practices of the journal. Based on the investigation of the publication process and the contents of theRed Light (Weekly), this article shows the relationship between the publication practices of the Communist Party of China and the kernel work of the Chinese revolution, including introducing Marxism-Leninism, publicizing the party's revolutionary proposition, encouraging people to participate in the revolution, and exposing the counter-revolutionary nature of the Kuomintang right wing. This article points out that the Red Light (Weekly) has carried out the extensive and in-depth revolutionary mobilization activities through its publication practices, laying a certain ideological and mass foundation for the revolutionary activities led by the Communist Party of China in Jiangxi area.
