Systems biology is ramified into genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics. It resolves of labyrinth of gene networks, protein networks, and metabolic networks. The objective is to comprehend the design doctrines of living systems and application to plant assays in order to establish a paradigm of which elucidates processes across every sector comprising biological organization viz. Cellular, molecular, ecological & physiological etc. It facilitates developing hypothesis to clarify obfuscated signalling pathways. Systems biology encompasses an operative process of assaying via data amalgamation, system modeling, and establishing a theory such as native cycle. Such models can serve as a source of prediction implemented in improving traits associated with agriculture. Ecological risk assessment paradigm permits the study of influences of a newly introduced plant variety on the environment and the leverage on plants by the environment. A two way response mechanism can thus be deduced either way. Endeavours to develop the apparent cells, by simulating normal cell ambience with primary cell constituents working normally, providing impetus to research sector of systems biology implemented on various cells in any organisms. Establishing plant competition paradigm pertaining to agriculture, simulates plant models that aids in burgeoning of crop productivity.
