Nonlinear Frequency-Dependent Selection with Partial Selfing

摘要: 研究了一类具有部分自我选择和非线性相关频率选择值的基因模型.建立了表现型平衡点和遗传型平衡点的稳定条件,并讨论了两类平衡点的稳定性和进化稳定策略(ESS)之间的关系.表明了在一定条件下,稳定的多态的表现型平衡点并非ESS.

Abstract: This paper studies a genetic model where genotypic fitness is an exponential function of the expected payoff in the matrix game under partial selfing selection. The authors establish the conditions for the stability of phenotypic and genotypic equilibria and present the relation between the stability of phenotypic equilibria and ESS. In particular, it is proved that a stable polymorphic phenotypic equilibrium isn't an ESS under some condition.
