摘要

信息时代，手机的使用加强了人们的信息交流，然而过度的手机使用会在伴侣间产生伴侣低头行为，对恋爱或已婚伴侣双方的人际关系质量产生多种不良影响，如降低亲密关系、婚姻满意度，增加不良情绪发生风险。本文通过对伴侣低头行为相关研究进行系统的归纳总结，阐述伴侣低头行为的概念、影响及其作用机制研究的理论基础等，探究其未来研究方向，以期为今后伴侣低头行为的相关研究提供依据。

ABSTRACT

In the information age, the use of mobile phones has strengthened people's information exchange. However, excessive mobile phone use will aggravate couples phubbing, which will have a variety of adverse effects on the quality of interpersonal relationships between romantic or married couples, such as reducing intimacy and satisfaction with marriage, and increasing the risk of negative emotions. This paper systematically summarizes the research on phubbing between couples, expounds the concept, influence and theoretical basis of research on phubbing between couples, explores its future research direction, and attempts to provide a basis for future research on phubbing between couples.

信息时代，手机的使用已经渗透到现代人的生活中，满足了人们移动支付、社交、娱乐、政务服务等多方面的需求。截至2021年12月，我国手机网民规模达10.29亿，网民使用手机上网的比例已高达99.7% [ 1 ]。随着手机使用频率的增加，低头行为已成为普遍存在的社会现象 [ 2 ]。近年来，夫妻双方因使用手机影响亲密关系、婚姻质量和家庭生活等的报道引起了社会各界的广泛关注，伴侣低头行为的影响也引起了研究者的重视。目前，国外学者对伴侣低头行为进行了尝试性研究，取得了一些研究成果，但国内相关研究起步较晚，有关伴侣低头行为的理论和实证研究相对缺乏。因此，本文通过文献回顾对伴侣低头行为的概念、影响和作用机制研究的理论基础等进行归纳总结，以期为今后伴侣低头行为的实证研究提供参考依据。
