Through in-depth analysis of the rural development status of Tonghai County in Yunnan province, this paper explored the driving force of rural economic development of Tonghai. Through screening the influencing factors of the driving force of rural economic development of Tonghai in the context of the era of rapid economic development, this paper also provided reference for how to maintain a stable economic development trend in rural areas of Tonghai County, and explored the path of rural economic development in Tonghai County.
