摘要: 该文针对新形势对农学类人才的要求，从就业市场的需求出发，调研目前《农资推销》类似教材，发现覆盖面全、适合面广、理论体系完整、缜密，知识点全面等优点，但存在定位不准、超前、误导读者、教学效果差等不足，因此设计出高职《农资推销》教材编写的方针，即针对性、实用性、实践性、适用性，并进行社会效益的分析。

Abstract: According to the requirement of agronomy talents in the new situation ,the needs of the job mar-ket ,and the investigation of the present similar selling textbooks of agricultural materials ,the advantages of full coverage ,a wide suitable range ,a complete and meticulous theoretical system ,and comprehensive knowledge points were found .But there exist many disadvantages ,such as inaccurate and advanced posi-tioning ,misleading readers ,poor teaching effect and so on .So the principle to design Selling Textbook of Agricultural Materials of Higher Vocational Institutions is pertinence ,practicability ,applicability and the analysis on the social benefits .
